Mostly Various Presidents

What You See,

President Trump spoke well, sounded "presidential" and somewhat confounded those who can't stand his boorish and impulsive tweets.
This was different (read from teleprompter) and gets high marks for style.
Substance? He  has nothing left to offer America or the world. That has all been spent, and the credit cards are maxed out.
President Trump is not being allowed to make peace with Russia, either.

"By the time we get to June or July, we are going to see a debt-ceiling crisis like never before." David Stockman, Reagan's OMB Director, really sees a failure-to-comprehend-the-problem in Trump administration proposals to increase military spending, tweak Obamacare, give various tax credits for things, and further adjust the deck chairs on the Titanic, while taking out a loan for some deck guns to protect it.

Barack Obama, a former US President, recently on vacation with rich people, and who has signed a $60-million-advance-book-deal, has found a new mission befitting his stature, deposing President Trump. It's semi-official.

Must-Kill-Marine-LePen!
"Le Pen is under investigation in France for posting three graphic images of Islamic State executions on Twitter in December 2015, including the beheading of American journalist James Foley. Le Pen's immunity shielded her from prosecution. By lifting it, just over a month before the first round of the French presidential election after a request from the French judiciary, the parliament is allowing any eventual legal action against her... If Le Pen is convicted for the offence under consideration, which incidentally is "publishing violent images", the presidential candidate can face a penalty of three years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros ($78,930)."

"After Trump called attention to the rising tide of migrant crime in Sweden last week, independent journalist Tim Pool decided to head to Stockholm for a first-hand look at the "crime-ridden migrant suburb" of Rinkeby.  Unfortunately, upon arrival Pool didn't get to do much investigating before arousing the suspicion of a couple of masked men who proceeded to follow him through the streets eventually leading to his prompt police escort out of the city out of fear for his crew's safety. Pool sent out the following tweets about the incident saying that around 2:30 in the afternoon "several men started masking up" and following his crew which prompted the police to escort his team out of town with the warning that “it would get really dangerous if we don’t leave Rinkeby.”

EU President Jean-Claude Juncker presents 5 future paths for the "EU" to take. (Same name; something different.)

We just had the warmest winter ever recorded in central Texas. This news story is from Dallas, significantly colder than Austin.
Winter ended some time in January here.
