After going to bed last night with a troubled mind that there were explosions in Iran, I was relieved this morning to discover that they were all up in the air, and that Israel had authored them through drones, maybe even from local proxies. No damage or death actually happened in Natanz, where Iran's biggest nuclear facility is, after Iran said it would strike Israeli nuclear plants if Israel hit Iranian nuclear plants, having already proved that they could.
Israel will take the consolation-prize of slaughtering the rest of the Palestinians, and scorching the earth which is their home, the US having vetoed the UNSC proposal to present the recognition of Palestinian Statehood to the General Assembly for a vote, which was the only vote against that proposal... "Israel's only friend".
What will the "friends" decide to do next week? Their threat-dominance vanished last weekend, and is now threat-vulnerability to Iranian hypersonic missile strikes on US military bases and Israeli electrical generation plants and transmission lines, even if no nuclear sites are hit. It seems that a long walk back should be beginning.
