"Within Seconds" strikes me as air-defense response, whatever might follow that. There are reports that Russia and China are helping Iran with targeting and early warnings.

These statements are not being translated for ultimate clarity of meaning. Perhaps that is intentional. The larger, newer hypersonic ballistic missiles in Iran's arsenal have never been used in war, and could be used as part of a much larger and more destructive response against Israel, if Israel strikes Iranian territory again, which the IRanian embassy in Damascus was. The UN’s Human Rights Office said on Tuesday that Israel is still imposing “unlawful” restrictions on aid entering Gaza despite US and Israeli claims that there’s been an increase in deliveries, Reuters reported on Tuesday.

If Israel escalates by attacking Iran and striking at the country’s infrastructure, then Iran’s counter will be to take a page out of Russia’s book and commence the one line of attack which Israel, the US and their allies cannot withstand any better than Ukraine – that’s Electric War.
For the seven months which have elapsed since Hamas began its operation against Israel on October 7, and Israel commenced its genocide against the Palestinians, there has been no targeting by Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, or the Syrian and Iraqi groups of Israel’s highly vulnerable maritime gas platforms, gas pipelines, coal and oil-fired electricity generating plants, the coal and oil storages nearby, solar and wind power units, or the electricity grids keeping the country alight. The Arab inhibitions and calculations are understandable. Iran’s will disappear if Israel triggers a new round of attacks.

So, to keep up one of the biggest brainwashing operations (psychical level) and mobilization operations (physical level) to comprehensively divide Russians and Ukrainians and to exterminate the Ukrainian able-bodied male population to deny them as resources for Russia. Moreover, to force Russia to make colossal investments to rebuild the new Ukrainian oblast(s) and solve the social and demographic problems in the new oblast(s).
In other words, all important leaders in Ukraine need to be paid off. Moreover, safe places for their escape when the well-known (to everyone) collapse eventually comes need to be provided for everyone abroad. ..Therefore, there are attempts to make the Europeans switch to war economies. The big European countries are discussing this openly, and so is the EU. It would free the American capacities for American rearmament to be able to focus on Asia, and at the same time, it would keep Russia in war longer... ..What worries me the most, since I’m affected, is that I think that war is very much possible within Europe within the next few years. And I’m not talking about Europe versus Russia. No, I’m talking about the major European powers against one another. Ukraine will fall soon, and with it, the Western world order. Eastern European countries will get the opportunity to connect to the BRICS market and financial system (and default on the Dollar system, if needed). They will have a choice, as the free market economy foresees it. And they will choose. This will cause major friction between the European powers and the EU institution. France, Britain, and Poland are major lynchpins in this whole struggle. I pray for peace, but there may be major escalations between the European countries. These escalations can be:

Scott Ritter maintains that the Iranian hypersonic missiles used last Saturday were all unstoppable, all hit their targets, and that this implies that the best US Radar systems, which were in place and employed, cannot facilitate interception of Iranian missiles, nor by implication, similar Russian and Chinese hypersonic missiles. Through a seemingly innocuous change to the definition of “electronic communications surveillance provider,” an amendment offered by House intel committee (HPSCI) leaders and passed by the House vastly expands the universe of entities that can be compelled to assist the NSA.
If the bill becomes law, any company or individual that provides ANY service whatsoever may be forced to assist in NSA surveillance, as long as they have access to equipment on which communications are transmitted or stored—such as routers, servers, cell towers, etc. That sweeps in an enormous range of U.S. businesses that provide wifi to their customers and therefore have access to equipment on which communications transit.
