The FBI cited FOIA exemption 7(A) to protect ongoing enforcement proceedings surrounding the incident on July 13 in Butler, PA, when gunman Thomas Crooks was able to shoot at Trump despite being spotted behaving suspiciously hours beforehand.

Judicial Watch sent an FOIA request on July 26th asking the FBI to produce all relevant documents pertaining to its preparation and coordination with the Secret Service for Trump’s rally.
However, the group has been stonewalled by the FBI, leaving questions as to why there was seemingly a delay in taking out Crooks before the shooting unanswered.

I have no wish to blind with science here: practitioners in the field, however, will know immediately what I’m on about. That is, a subtle use of directional questioning in a survey whose intrinsic bias goes unnoticed towards being ‘A vote for the Candidate’, when it should be recorded as ‘Pro Candidate but vote not guaranteed’.
This could be seen as analyst error, or reflecting the philosophy of the pollster organisation, or even something accurate in relation to what the original respondent went on to do after the survey. The point is, constitutional illegality would be impossible to prove. The survey was “merely” using decades of experience to judge the future actions of American voters.

All animal communities share common pools of food species that they depend on. It is an existential threat to the community if the food species is depleted by overconsumption. All animal communities are highly motivated to cooperate in the preservation of their food pool.
Individual animals must back off from what would otherwise be their most direct path to selective success, i.e., to eat as much as possible, turn the food into reproductive capacity, and thus dominate the gene pool of the next generation (which is the neo-Darwinist definition of fitness).
The direct result of cooperation over the prey pool is to curb predation. But once it is established that no individual can maximize his evolutionary advantage, the knock-on effect is to encourage a spectrum of different cooperative behaviors. Consciousness within the brain hinges on the synchronized activities of millions of neurons, but the mechanism responsible for orchestrating such synchronization remains elusive. In this study we employ cavity quantum electrodynamics to explore entangled biphoton generation through cascade emission in the vibration spectrum of C-H bonds within the lipid molecules' tails. The results indicate that the cylindrical cavity formed by a myelin sheath can facilitate spontaneous photon emission from the vibrational modes and generate a significant number of entangled photon pairs. The abundance of C-H bond vibration units in neurons can therefore serve as a source of quantum entanglement resources for the nervous system.
