Preliminary data is that those who had Pfizer vaccination carry 10 or more times the viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in their noses , compared to the unvaccinated. 

  I would call this "Enhanced Carrier State", which occurs in chicken and Turkey flocks where some have been vaccinated against a deadly avian virus, carry it without much harm, but spread it to the unvaccinated flock, which mostly dies. It looks like this may have happened on the planeload of unmasked, vaccinated Democratic Texas House Members who flew to Washington in a private plane. Ivermectin happy endings are the same thing I am seeing, though this doctor has treated more patients than I have.

  I've got a conceptual simplification that helps clarify the confusion in the information feeds we are fire-hosed with these days. 

Look at the opposite, and see if things make more sense if the opposite is true.

  New York mandates that nursing homes accept patients sick with COVID, but not dying, to free up the hospitals to "Save Lives". 

The actions taken make perfect sense in the context of wanting to kill a lot of useless-old-has-beens in the first wave of a mass cull.

  Let's look at everything purported to "Save Lives" as a way to kill-people, and see if that makes sense going forward.

  From the UK, where they kept switching back and forth between various plans as the virus seemed to go about it's daily business, but where they did not give anybody high dose vitamin-D, though they were the country that pioneered its use for rickets.

We cannot tolerate a misleading statement of "vaccines are safe and effective" in the face of regulatory agencies defining away the responsibility of performing the risk analysis needed to verify safety. The CDC leadership should be immediately replaced and investigated, and independent analysts should reformulate the task of tracking vaccine safety results.

​  Another ivermectin meta-analysis shows what the ivermectin papers I have looked at since last summer show. Ivermectin reduces viral load, reduces symptoms of illness, reduces hospitalizations when given early, and reduces deaths, when given at any stage of illness.

​  ​Ivermectin is an antiparasitic drug being investigated for repurposing against SARS-CoV-2. Ivermectin showed in-vitro activity against SARS-COV-2 at high concentrations. This meta-analysis investigated ivermectin in 24 randomized clinical trials (3328 patients) identified through systematic searches of PUBMED, EMBASE, MedRxiv and trial registries. Ivermectin was associated with reduced inflammatory markers (C-Reactive Protein, d-dimer and ferritin) and faster viral clearance by PCR. Viral clearance was treatment dose- and duration-dependent. In 11 randomized trials of moderate/severe infection, there was a 56% reduction in mortality (Relative Risk 0.44 [95%CI 0.25-0.77]; p=0.004; 35/1064 (3%) deaths on ivermectin; 93/1063 (9%) deaths in controls) with favorable clinical recovery and reduced hospitalization.

​  Daniel Hale, a former intelligence analyst in the drone program for the Air Force who as a private contractor in 2013 leaked some 17 classified documents about drone strikes to the press, was sentenced Tuesday to 45 months in prison.
  The documents, published by The Intercept on October 15, 2015, exposed that between January 2012 and February 2013, U.S. special operations airstrikes killed more than 200 people. Of those, only 35 were the intended targets. For one five-month period of the operation, according to the documents, nearly 90 percent of the people killed in airstrikes were not the intended targets. The civilian dead, usually innocent bystanders, were routinely classified as “enemies killed in action.”

  That treatment was discovered by Australian Professor Thomas Borody based on research by Australian scientists at the Doherty Institute and Monash University. Borody, who discovered the cure for peptic ulcers using a triple-therapy, has developed a triple-therapy for Covid using safe, cheap, approved medications.
  Doctors are already legally prescribing his therapy in Australia and the key medication — ivermectin — is being used in various combinations around the world and has been credited not just with dramatically reducing cases and deaths in the devastating second wave in India but also in Mexico City. Indeed, it is currently being used in 17 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America and even in the US, where it is legal but where families sometimes have to get court orders to force hospitals to use it, to save their relatives lives.

  People tell me they are feeling it, too. 

I thought it helped explain those crazy moments in history, like those that led people into WW-2.

The constant tension feels unbearable. Others are urging, cajoling, bullying and publicly-shaming us to do-the-thing, like everybody else.

Don't keep being weird. What's wrong with you? 

  A couple of friends of mine at work, both Registered Nurses, informed, responsible, good parents, are looking for a pediatric practice where they can take their kids, where they will not be looked at like lepers or gargoyles when they say they (the parents) "have not been vaccinated".

  I called a practice where I used to work. They're still human to people who don't want vaccines. The culture also applies to adults who have good reasons not to want this bunch. I passed it on. It's safe to call Central Family Practice in Austin.

  Jenny, my humanity-compass, my wife, has been feeling tremendously pressured and torn. It's not that she doesn't see the power dynamics and the stakes. 

  Jenny is a school librarian. She told me when people at school, coworkers got COVID last summer, fall and winter, and I privately talked with those people, and wrote them prescriptions for ivermectin based antiviral treatment. I also treated a husband with cancer, on chemo, 

They all got better, and nobody paid me anything. Good Samaritan. I think it was 6 people.

  That was wonderful. Everybody liked that. As spring progressed, it got harder and harder for Jenny to tell everybody "she was not vaccinated". Some of it came from coworkers , but also a lot from concerned parents, bringing their kids back to school in person, after a long time at home. 

  Jenny is dreading going back to school and having to give the same "wrong answer" to concerned-parents again and again, day after day until she breaks and acquiesces and can be accepted as not-leprous. 

  "Accepting the jab is nothing more than a loyalty test to the narrative."  

Somebody commented that on The Automatic Earth blog yesterday, and I like it a lot as an encapsulation of the social tension dynamic here.

The feeling totally sucks. It's unrelenting cognitive dissonance, making one feel anxious and shunned, and very insecure.

It's a feeling. Feelings are different from thoughts. Feelings don't usually respond well to being thought-at.

  Narratives change by being resisted sufficiently for the question to remain open, as the evidence piles up that the narrative is wrong and dangerous.

Then the paradigm has to shift. Tet-offensive, Vietnam. It happened. You might like other examples, but I lived that paradigm shift. Dad got back from a year in Vietnam just before Tet started, and I saw the whole societal shift unfold from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where we moved.

  Back to the feeling that sucks so bad, it makes you want to jump, cowering and shivering and shaking...

I feel it. What have I tried to do? 

I don't mean to be vain, but all I can give is what I found when I prayed for my own guidance.

I have to meet the feeling of personal insecurity with compassion for those experiencing it, then it is not "I" experiencing it, but "I" am giving warmth and connection and support to those feeling it. In the societal-dominance dynamic, people are used against each other to create great tension by division and social pressure. Then, those group divisions are turned against each other, to kill each other until they are all exhausted and deeply traumatized, and willing to fully submit to power.

  The Will of Love is the opposite of that. 

I am trying to channel the Will of Love, which is to comfort my brothers and sisters who are shivering and cowering alone.

The power over us will no longer exist, when we comfort and love and accept each other. 

Time will dissolve it.

No Longer Abstract

 Fellow Persons,

  I have had a hard time recently with my own thoughts and perspective, which comes as a shock to me sometimes, but not other times, depending upon my thoughts and perspective at the moment. I'd like to say that I'm usually a lot more stable than this, and I might be, but it's hard to tell when you are evaluating yourself in choppy-waters. Jenny helps. Thanks Jenny! 

  You might or might not be experiencing ups and downs of your personal perspective as broad abstractions get pierced by little flying-realities on a daily basis. Whatever worldview any of us may have, it is breaking down in the parts where we use it to predict the near and slightly more distant future, and to judge what our best plans and actions should be today, tomorrow and next month. 

  We can see things shifting, becoming less reliable, becoming more threatening and demanding, more divisive at every turn. We can see that this has happened before in history, but we never understood it from our vantage points. I don't know that "understanding it" is a good description now, either, but I'm starting to get it.

  It's a feeling of desperation. We might all feel like it's mostly a personal thing, but I really don't think it is. I think I personally feel anxiety and desperation and frustration, anger, judgementality, and I don't think I'm alone. I honestly think these feelings suffuse a large human group when resources start to get tight.

  The clinginess is like a drowning swimmer drowning the would-be rescuer. 

I took life-saving in college . I eventually saved a life in Galveston Bay. We could both have died. 

We wondered for a couple of hours. It was not yet that day..

It was actually somewhat calmer than living in Austin, Texas in 2021.  And we have it a lot better in Texas than most places in this desperate world.

I keep growing vegetables. I keep treating patients. I am about to bike to the clinic again.

  I am sharing my feelings with you.

The latest count in the US is about 11,000 deaths from the vaccines, and there is a court case being filed that claims the real count is 45,000. It could well be much more, but it’s hard to prove. All we need to know really is that in the past, 25-50 deaths was all it took to shelve a vaccine.
​  ​Adverse reactions other than death are if possible even harder to get a grip on. The VAERS system says there are presently some 450,000 reported, but the UK’s MHRA yellow Card system was already well above 1,000,000 there two weeks ago, so you can pick any number you like. These systems typically register between 1-10% of events.
​  ​Question is, do you want to pick that number AFTER getting jabbed? I’ve said before, you must count on your immune system being strong enough to fight the vaccine, not just the virus.

Fifteen of those Colombians have been detained while three were killed in a gun battle and eight remain fugitives.​..​
 While the Haitian-Americans reportedly served as translators, the muscle of the assassination squad came from Colombia, the U.S.’s top regional ally, which serves as a platform for destabilization and regime change plots in the region, from Venezuela to Ecuador – and now apparently Haiti...

  As the investigation into Moïse’s murder unfolds, the U.S. appears to be preparing the groundwork to deploy troops to Haiti at the request of a figure whom it has spent decades grooming. According to The New York Times, Claude Joseph, who is in a struggle against Dr. Ariel Henry to head the Haitian state in the wake of Moïse’s assassination, requested the U.S. send military forces to guard key infrastructure, including the port, airport, and gasoline reserves.
  Joseph is an asset of the United States and its regime-change arm, the National Endowment For Democracy. Wikileaks cables revealed that he first came to prominence in 2003 as the leader of a NED-spawned student front called GRAFNEH in the lead up to the coup against President Jean-Bertrand Aristide. He also founded another NED-funded anti-Aristide group Initiative Citoyenne (Citizens’ Initiative). He is reported by Haitian radio stations to have been, with prominent Haitian ex-Deputy Gary Bodeau, one of the principal assailants who severely beat the late Father Gérard Jean-Juste in a Pétionville church in 2005...

I'll insert a word-in-edgewise to say that extremes of wealth disparity ("oppression") have always been followed by rests of the financial-political regime in the past. The owners know this better than we do. Any reset redistributes wealth and power away from them and to the civilian population. Any such reset would necessarily rebuild productive economy in the US, which has been gutted and extracted by hedge-fund-capitalism since the mid 1990s (at least). Most of the impressive "GDP" in the US is asset-extraction and loans these days. One more stage of control can forestall the reallocation of assets, maybe forever...

I think it would be fair to say that, based on the history of human corruption, if there is a technology that can be used to influence citizen behavior for the benefit of corporate or state powers, it will likely be at the very least attempted—and that is regardless of the potential of any technology to save poor orphans or nobly treat rare diseases. It’s just that corruption tends to take over no matter what.

  In a report from Niesen and colleagues from the Mayo Clinic, a worrisome finding has been reported. Among populations
that were > 25% vaccinated, there was a reduced genetic diversity of SARS-CoV-2 strains. While the authors appeared to imply this was a good finding, other experts disagree. Anytime diversity is reduced in biological systems, it leads to instability in ecological systems. It can be the breeding ground for large evolutionary changes, including large mutations and more aggressive variants.

  Niesen also found that there was a much greater degree of immunity or “epitopes” on B-cells and T-cells among those unvaccinated, implying that immunity was far more robust than those vaccinated. Fears about the Niesen findings were confirmed in a paper by Acevedo from Santiago Chile, who reported on the Lambda variant outbreak in Peru, which looks like it clearly occurred as a result of indiscriminate vaccination using the whole killed SARS-CoV-2 Sinovac (Coronovac) vaccine.
  The Lambda variant, while causing a small outbreak, is notable for having seven mutations in the spike protein⏤two of which are in the receptor-binding domain and allow complete escape from vaccine immunity.

​This is technical. It says that antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 happen to also attack a protein in the lungs that looks similar to a viral protein.​ This happens in the second week of illness and creates the sudden and severe "cytokine storm" crisis, which has been responsible for many of the deaths. This is why steroids, to reduce this response, can save lives.
