A First Impression Of 9/11

Professionally Opinionated,

Donald Trump Interview: 9/11/01: "It wasn't architectural defect. The World Trade Center was always known as a very very strong building. Don't forget that took a big bomb in the basement (1993). Now, the basement is the most vulnerable place because that's your foundation and it withstood that and I got to see that area about three or four days after took place because one of my structural engineers actually took me for a tour because he did the building and I said "I can't believe it".  The the building was standing solid and half of the columns were blown out.  This was an unbelievably powerful building.  If you don't know anything about structure it was one of the first buildings that was built from the outside.  The steel, the reason the World Trade Center had such narrow windows is that in between all the windows, you had the steel on the outside, the steel on the outside of the building. That's why when I first looked - and you had these big heavy i-beams.  When I first looked at it, I couldn't believe it, because there was a hole in the steel and this is steel that was, you remember the width of the windows of the World Trade Center folks.  I think you know if you were ever up there, they were quite narrow and in between was this heavy steel.  I said how could a plane, even a plane, even a 767 or 747 or whatever it might have been, how could it possibly go through this steel? I happen to think that they had not only a plane but they had bombs that exploded almost simultaneously, because I just can't imagine anything being able to go through that wall.  Most buildings are built with the steel on the inside around the elevator shaft.  This one was built from the outside which is the strongest structure you can have and it was almost just like a can of soup."     Donald Trump: "Right.  I just think that there was a plane with more than just fuel.  I think obviously they were very big planes. They were going very rapidly, because I was also watching where the plane seemed to be not only going fast it seems to be coming down into the building.  So is getting the speed from going down hill so to speak. It just seemed to me that to do that kind of destruction is even more than a big plane because you're talking about talking about steel, the heaviest caliber steel that was used on the building.  These buildings were rock-solid and you know it's just an amazing amazing thing. This country is different today and it's going to be different than it ever was for many years to come."  (Thanks, Cat)  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rt-ldMj9y9w   http://www.aneta.org/Trump/transcript/

If I were the Clintons, Bush family, or Obama family, and might be indicted by a Trump administration, this would (rightly) worry me. There are many others in the US and foreign countries who played a part in this massive false-flag attack, which allowed the forever-war to start. The forever war, the drone strikes, the renditions, and so much of what has been done in these 15 years are deeply immoral and illegal and punishable by death after conviction in American courts of law. Are the Obamas, Clintons and Bushes going to leave the US for countries which do not have extradition treaties with us?  http://thewashingtonstandard.com/obamas-clintons-bushes-going-seek-refuge-countries-dont-extradite-us-trump-wins/

The FBI now has that warrant to search the emails on Huma Abedin and Anthony Wiener's laptop. They've probably got a good start on the job unofficially, so Hillary Clinton may get her request of their revealing everything pretty soon. I think we may all agree on this point.   http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-10-30/fbi-obtains-warrant-search-huma-abedins-emails

In their initial review of the laptop, the metadata showed many messages, apparently in the thousands, that were either sent to or from the private email server at Mrs. Clinton’s home that had been the focus of so much investigative effort for the FBI.  http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-10-30/fbi-scour-through-650000-emails-found-weiners-laptop

James Comey revived the investigation of Clinton's email server as he could no longer resist mounting pressure by mutinous agents, sources say.
  •  The atmosphere at the FBI has been toxic ever since Jim announced last July that he wouldn't recommend an indictment against Hillary.
  •  He told his wife that he was depressed by the stack of resignation letters piling up on his desk from disaffected agents.
  • Comey was also worried that Republicans would accuse him of granting Hillary political favoritism after the presidential election.
  •   'Some people, including department heads, stopped talking to Jim, and even ignored his greetings when they passed him in the hall,' said the source. 'They felt that he betrayed them and brought disgrace on the bureau by letting Hillary off with a slap on the wrist.'

"Why Humans (driving cars) Should Bully Driverless Cars". Unlike the military drones that are now so prolifically dealing death to anybody in the general vicinity of a suspected target of the US military, driverless cars are programmed to avoid harm to any human, in any way possible. You can play chicken with them. You can cut them off. This article takes the entertaining stance of advocacy for robot-bullying, but it does lay out some difficulties we can expect to arise in the transition period when there are people AND robots driving. (When the Google cars were here a lot in 2014-2015, maybe early 2016, they spent a lot of time on my bike commute routes, which I think was purposeful. One time, at a 4 way-stop. Messengers Under Fire

    Shooting From the Hip

The Democratic Coalition Against Trump filed a complaint with the Department of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility on Friday against FBI Director James Comey for interfering in the Presidential election. (Previously, a man of integrity and common sense, he has obviously become a tool of the evil Vladimir Putin.)

Here is a different read of recent events.
Former United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova suggested Friday James Comey's reopening of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails was the product of a "revolt" inside the FBI.
"He sent those letters today because he is in deep trouble inside the bureau," he said. "Comey sent this letter today because he had to. He has no moral authority inside the agency right now, he's a joke, he's a laughingstock of the agency, and among former FBI agents, he has become an anathema."
"These were found on the phone that was used by Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin," he said. "Why was that phone not looked at originally?"
"And why this letter was sent today was very simple: the agents came to Comey yesterday, they told him about the evidence, and he said oh 'S', and realized that his goose was cooked, that this would prove conclusively that his original investigation was incompetent, and he knew that the agents running the Weiner case would leak it if he did not send this letter to congress."
"And I've also been told something very significant, it's been reported that those laptops [belonging to Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson] were destroyed, they were not, and the reason is the FBI agents refused to do it."

Looks like president Obama just canceled 4 out of 4 planned speeches for Hillary Clinton. He did add one in Orlando. Word is that the Justice Dept. and White House were blind-sided by the FBI announcement. (Comey might have been in a situation beyond his control.) I guess it is clear by now.

  • Attorney General Loretta Lynch advised Comey against sending a letter to Congress about the FBI's reopened investigation into Clinton's emails.
  • Comey broke away and sent a memo to bureau staffers explaining his decision to notify Congress.
  • He wrote that the FBI would not 'ordinarily' inform Congress about its ongoing investigations.
  • But said he noted he felt an 'obligation to' given that he testified repeatedly in recent months that bureau's investigation was completed.
  • (They say "lying to Congress" is bad.)

"Justice" Department tries to put defensive line up for hobbled quarterback Clinton, in her own end zone, for one more play.
We do not have a warrant,” a senior law enforcement official said. “Discussions are under way [between the FBI and the Justice Department] as to the best way to move forward.” (They know what's in there, but they don't officially know. Cat not going back in bag.)

The US Quest for Global Domination Depends on Space Technology
(The clear objective is nuclear first-strike capability on Russia and China, with enough missile defense to block most of the retaliatory strikes and nice bunkers for "deciders". Controlling all tribute-nations within the military electronics network is also key. This only works for First Strike Destruction of All Enemies. This is useless as an ongoing arrangement during war. Way too vulnerable. No real civilian protection, either.)

Chris Martenson:  "My growing concern here is that the juggernaut that leads to war has already been untethered and is building up steam. I see it in the propaganda pieces against Russia on an almost daily basis. And I see Russia doing everything it can to both try and get the West to calm down and be reasonable, while getting its own citizens ready in case those efforts fail. Recently, for the very first time in my entire life, I have begun undertaking actual personal preparations for nuclear war."

    In Wiener's Lap

    Peek-a-Boo,

    Well this is embarrassing...
The FBI had to look for sexual-predator emails to underage girls, and they accidentally found "tens of thousands" of emails between Secretary of State Clinton and her aide, Huma Abedin, backed up and forgotten on Wiener's laptop. Breach of security, much? Putin again? FBI Chief Comey had already taken as much controlled-burn as he could stand, and kept his promise to report any new findings to Congressional members, which he has done. They say they don't know what's in there yet, but obviously, they do.

"...emails that are at the center of Friday’s announcement that Hillary Clinton ‘s entire email server investigation will be re-opened -whether formally or not is moot-, were obtained by seizing devices from Anthony Weiner in relation him sexting to a 15-year old girl. And seizing devices was exactly what was never done in Hillary’s case, though “agents assigned to that case knew Abedin hoarded classified emails on her electronic devices.” They were seized neither from Hillary nor from her closest aide Huma Abedin, who now probably- and probably rightly- fears that she may be thrown under the bus at the first convenient moment."  (That "bus" may have already left the station.)  "Weiner is a huge and obvious risk as a blackmail target. For all we know, he may have already provided classified files to parties threatening to go public with photos he sent exposing his weiner to underage girls."   https://www.theautomaticearth.com/2016/10/throw-huma-under-the-bus/
Justice Department Head, Loretta Lynch, who really ONLY has butter on one side of her bread, was unable to block for Quarterback Clinton on this play.
"Comey revealed two core reasons for the action: a sense of obligation to lawmakers and a concern that word of the new email discovery would leak to the media and raise questions of a coverup. What he did not reveal, and as has emerged overnight from a report by the New Yorker's Jane Mayer, is that Comey also acted in contravention to DOJ practices, and more importantly, acted contrary to the "preference" of DOJ head Loretta Lynch."

Clinton demands that "FBI reveal everything right away". I'm certain that we can all be-with-Her on this issue. Any of y'all wanna' demand anything of the FBI this weekend?

Watergate's Carl Bernstein figures the Wiener cache must be "a real bombshell, or the FBI would not re-open the case", and on a Friday, too.

In 2006, NY Senator Clinton, running for re-election, proposed rigging Palestinian elections to a group of Jewish journalists.
On September 5, 2006, Eli Chomsky was an editor and staff writer for the Jewish Press, and Hillary Clinton was running for a shoo-in re-election as a U.S. senator. Her trip making the rounds of editorial boards brought her to Brooklyn to meet the editorial board of the Jewish Press. The tape was never released and has only been heard by the small handful of Jewish Press staffers in the room. According to Chomsky, his old-school audiocassette is the only existent copy and no one has heard it since 2006, until today when he played it for the Observer.

Wikileaks is still releasing Clinton/Podesta emails. 36,000 down, about 12,000 left to go. Who can even keep up with all this?

Julian Assange, still not dead, got an interview out, explaining that the Wikileaks search-bot was going through the Podesta/Clinton email cache without him, and posting the results daily without him, and that he still figured that Clinton would win, because all the vested interests back her. (Thursday's words, published on Friday, look kinda' outdated, somehow...)

Dennis Kucinich, a politician I really miss, explains how warmonger-think-tanks are fed by the teat of the military-industrial-complex. Simple, really.

Way back on Wednesday, Nomi Prins wrote about "Waking Up in Hillary Clinton's America", a good article about our current elite ruling cabal, and how they manage the rotations between policy and phlebotomy, rotating between Washington and Goldman, planning their lies ever so carefully:
"Between 2013 and 2015, she gave 12 speeches to Wall Street banks, private equity firms, and other financial corporations, reaping a whopping $2,935,000 for them. In her 2016 presidential run, the securities and investment sector (aka Wall Street) has contributed the most of any industry to PACs supporting Hillary: $56.4 million."

    Bigger, Faster Nothing

    Car Won't Start,

The TPP is the strategic relationship which gives transnational corporations control of the Pacific Rim, backed by the American military and special courts.
Well, that was the plan, anyway. It's not going so well, is it? Is "loyalist four" becoming "loyalist three" now? Thanks Tom.
Already Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Indonesia have formalized growing economic ties with China.  The debacle of the TPP has just accelerated the shift toward China’s new trade pact (RCEP).  The US is left to rely on its ‘loyalist four’, a stagnant Japan, Australia, South Korea and its impoverished former colony, Philippines, to bolster its quest to militarily encircle China.
Democratic Party candidate Hillary Clinton has been forced to denounce the Transpacific Trade Partnership (TPP), one of her own pet projects when she was Secretary of State.
Washington’s entire “pivot to Asia” has centered its vast military build-up on its access to the Philippines.  This access is now at risk.
According to a recent ruling by the Philippine Supreme Court, the controversial US military base agreement (Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement) imposed by the former President Aquino by fiat without congressional ratification can be terminated by the new President by executive order.

For the more delicate projects, you have to get your chip put in, too. Thanks Cat.

How and why American military spending will increase, no matter who gets elected, as it has since 1950:
Industry leaders like Lockheed’s Gross were poised to take advantage of such planning. In a draft of a 1950 speech, he noted, giddily enough, that “for the first time in recorded history, one country has assumed global responsibility.” Meeting that responsibility would naturally mean using air transport to deliver “huge quantities of men, food, ammunition, tanks, gasoline, oil and thousands of other articles of war to a number of widely separated places on the face of the earth.” Lockheed, of course, stood ready to heed the call.

"Don't Diss the Dark Ages", says Charles Hugh Smith. It was a time of meaningful transition and restructuring after the collapse of the vast Roman Empire, which depleted the resources it needed (Spanish gold and north African wheat) to sustain far-flung operations.

    Voting Conscience

    Unswayed by Fear,

I voted Green this morning, in the first few hours, so that is done.

"Ungovernability" is another essay by Ilargi, at The Automatic Earth.
Political and economic systems adapt until they snap.
That adaptation has been promises-of-a-better-tomorrow for a long time now, and things have limped along, getting worse for most people, but there's that 401k, and the house-value, and Social Security, and the US dollar is strong, so Wal-Mart stuff is cheap.
The complex bureaucracies of globalism and vast central government are extremely expensive, inefficient, and often completely against the interests of the people who feed them, us. When growth stops (as it did, years ago) in a system predicated upon growth, only promises can hold it together, and those are wearing thin. Any shock will do for the US Empire, the UK, the EU, Global Financial Capitalism. How much worse will that feel for each of us?
All of our current systems can only work against us as they are now configured. This may be the biggest reset in human history.

    Illusion Of Consent

    Elected Anonymously,

"HER" on how she got that invisible $12 million from the King of Morocco to put on her Clinton Foundation summit in Marrakesh.            Abedin told Podesta and current Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook that the lavish May 2015 meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative was based on a $12 million pledge from Moroccan King Mohammed VI to host the event. “The King has personally committed approx. $12 million both for the endowment and to support the meeting,” Abedin wrote. Clinton Foundation records do not show any direct pledge of funding from the king or government of Morocco to the charity. Commitments to the charity’s CGI program are agreements only to aid the program’s international projects, not to directly fund the Clinton Foundation itself. Clinton was no longer serving as secretary of State at the time of the meeting in Marrakesh.  http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3863568/No-comment-Clinton-say-Wikileaks-email-revealing-12M-quid-pro-quo-Morocco-s-king-aide-said-mess-making.html    http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/hacked-emails-clinton-pushed-charity-meeting-morocco/
