Citizens,
A new Department of Defense directive 5240.01 issued September 27, 2024, just prior to the November presidential election allows the US military to use lethal force against American citizens in assisting police authorities in domestic disturbances.
A report on this development lists these civil liberties concerns:
Right to protest: There are fears that expanded authority could suppress legitimate protests.
Privacy rights: Increased military involvement in domestic intelligence gathering could infringe on privacy.
Due process: The military’s role in law enforcement could bypass standard due process protections.
Freedom of speech: The broad definition of “national security threats” could target individuals for their political beliefs...
..Here are some Constitutional concerns:
Challenging the Posse Comitatus Act: This Act traditionally limits the powers of the federal government in using military personnel for domestic law enforcement... ..Unless Trump cuts a deal with Democrats not to hold them accountable and also a deal with the Ruling Elite not to interfere with their control, I can see no way that either will permit Trump to be President.
The Biden regime and the Trump Justice (sic) Department and FBI are criminal operations. I can see indictments and arrests for those who have weaponized law enforcement. The Ruling Elite and leading Democrats such as Hillary Clinton and John Kerry can all be arrested, honestly unlike Trump and his supporters, for insurrection as they have openly called for the overthrow of the United States by demanding the overthrow of the First Amendment of the US Constitution. No fooling, this is treason. The US is the Constitution. https://www.

“You will have seen that the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) issued a statement this morning saying that two of its peacekeepers were injured after an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Merkava tank fired its weapon toward an observation tower at UNIFIL’s headquarters in Naqoura, directly hitting it and causing them to fall,” stated the spokesperson for UN Secretary General António Guterres after the first attack Thursday. https://sputnikglobe.com/
The allegation contained in a UNIFIL statement came after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for the removal of the UN peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon.
The statement said the incident, which occurred early on Sunday morning at a UN position in Ramiya, involved two Israeli tanks.
"We remind the IDF and all actors of their obligations to ensure the safety and security of UN personnel and property and to respect the inviolability of UN premises at all times," it added...
"Mr. Secretary General, get the UNIFIL forces out of harm`s way. It should be done right now, immediately." Netanyahu said in English during his address, which was done in Hebrew.
His call followed attacks in recent days that left at least five UN peacekeepers wounded in the fighting between the Israeli military and Hezbollah in recent days.
UNIFIL said new explosions hit its headquarters Friday, injuring two peacekeepers a day after Israeli forces targeted the same position and struck central Beirut.
The UN force had earlier accused Israeli soldiers of deliberately targeting the UNIFIL mission's Naqoura base, leaving many peacekeepers injured. https://www.euronews.com/

On Monday evening, Italy, the UK, France, and Germany called on Israel to stop its attacks on the UN peacekeeping mission in Lebanon and said in a joint statement that attacks on UNIFIL go against international humanitarian law and must stop immediately...
So, in West Asia the U.S. is now supporting, no less, than a war against humanity per se, and against the world. This clearly cannot be in America’s self-interest. Do its power-broker Panjandrums realise the possible consequences for it to stand against the World in an act of gross immorality? Netanyahu is betting his house – and now the West’s – on the outcome of his roulette table ‘bet’.
Is there a sense amongst the Panjandrums that the U.S. is betting on the wrong horse? https://strategic-culture.su/
Qassem suggested Hezbollah would only agree to a ceasefire if there were also one in Gaza, although he recently signaled flexibility on that issue. “Lebanon cannot be separated from Palestine, nor can the region be separated from Palestine,” he said.
Qassem said that Hezbollah would expand its strikes in Israel in response to Israel launching attacks across Lebanon. https://news.antiwar.com/
The UN warned on Tuesday that the humanitarian situation in northern Gaza has reached catastrophic levels due to intensifying Israeli operations, which are 'severely compromising people’s access to means of survival.' https://www.
“If an act of aggression is committed against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, all necessary measures will be taken in accordance with our legislation, in accordance with the DPRK’s legislation.” ... “The treaty is signed, so it is public,” Rudenko said. “It has Article 4, which deals precisely with the issue of mutual assistance in case of aggression, that the sides, in case of aggression against one of the sides, will provide each other with any necessary assistance, including military assistance.” https://news.antiwar.com/2024/10/15/russia-says-it-would-give-military-assistance-to-north-korea-if-it-came-under-attack/#gsc.tab=0
The ambivalence is reminiscent of the inordinate delay some years ago in Russia’s transfer of S-300 mobile surface-to-air missile system to Iran even after Tehran had made payment for the system. In sheer exasperation, Iran filed a $4 billion lawsuit against Russia’s defence export agency and embarked on the manufacture of its own long-range, mobile air defence system, the Bavar-373.
Simply put, Russia came under US-Israeli pressure. Geopolitical considerations continue to prevail in Russia’s arms transfers with Iran. Pezeshkian, after his return to Tehran disclosed to the media that he had told Putin that Russia should “act more effectively in relation to the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza and Lebanon.”
Apparently, the tense exchange at Ashgabat provoked a frank remark later by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov to Tass, the state news agency. Ryabkov said: “We are closely and anxiously following the events [in the Israel-Iran standoff], the risk of a large-scale conflict is indeed high. The tendency to escalate into a full-scale conflict is a real danger. We call on all parties to exercise restraint. We are in intensive dialogue with the countries of the region. And once again — a major war can be avoided, but everyone must show restraint.” [Emphasis added.]
Indeed, Moscow is pragmatically continuing with its ‘neutrality,’ which of course does not help Tehran. At the same time, Putin reportedly did not take a call recently from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu! Presumably, Russian-Israeli cogitations have disappeared underground...
Last week, top US officials went out of the way to affirm that despite tensions with Israel, Tehran is not ‘upgrading’ its nuclear doctrine. A spokesperson for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) in Washington added to the public remarks earlier in the week by CIA Director William Burns, who said the US had not seen any evidence of Iran’s Supreme Leader reversing his 2003 decision to suspend the weaponisation programme. [So where did the 10/5/24 Iranian test device come from? The missing South African devices? North Korea, via Russia or China?] https://www.indianpunchline.com/between-russia-and-iran-all-is-well-that-ends-well/
..Hezbollah in this supposedly weakened state had carried out something that has not been adequately described.
The numbers that were divulged necessarily by Israeli military-- because it was in Haifa after all, it was in plain view, and so they had to say something-- the numbers they said were four killed and some dozens wounded. It's later the figure has come close to 100 wounded and how many of these people are seriously maimed and will never be the same again, that remains to be revealed in the future...
That was the message sent on October 1st. And yesterday's message by Hezbollah was similarly meant, not just for the sake of how many it would kill and maim, but primarily to send a deterrent message to prevent further escalation of the ongoing low-grade war between Israel's IDF and Hezbollah and the Lebanese people...
..In the normal situation, the alarm should have gone off, and the soldiers who were being targeted should have dived. They should have gone to protected shelter, which normally they had the time to do, and which is what they practice in Israel today. It didn't happen, because nobody saw the incoming drones ... They said that Israel was blindsided because it never expected Hezbollah, which is just to the north of them, to send in attack weapons via the sea and not over land directly from the north.
So the Israeli radars, as one expert has proposed, weren't pointed in the right direction. Well, I have a doubt that's true. I imagine Israelis have 360-degree surveillance, radar surveillance. The point is the following ... Anyway, Nikonov had good panelists, and one of them said the following. This was not detected by Israel because it is not detectable on radar. It has almost no metal parts. It's made entirely of composites. The same sort of approach that the United States used in creating its stealth bombers, composites. The result is, there was nothing for radar to see, and it didn't see it. That is the really striking development which should send shudders up the spine of Israel's military leaders, the same way as the October 1st Iranian strike should have them all in great panic. https://gilbertdoctorow.substack.com/p/transcript-of-interview-on-dialogue
Indeed, the BBC’s explanation of the timing of the Chinese naval exercises may ring true, but is it sufficient cause? I would suggest that the offensive speech may have been little more than a pretext for a message that Beijing is sending over the heads of the Taiwanese to the political establishment in the USA. The message is that should the United States join Israel in an attack on Iran that puts critically important supplies of oil to China from the Persian Gulf in jeopardy, in retaliation China can use the distraction of Washington with wars in Ukraine and the Middle East to accomplish its long-desired reunification with Taiwan at minimal risk or cost to itself. https://gilbertdoctorow.com/2024/10/14/who-is-saying-what-about-china-today-western-mainstream-versus-russian-mainstream/
During the last two years of WW2, the German and the Allied governments found themselves in an unholy alliance. Both wanted the Germans to fight like cornered rats up to the very last moment but for different reasons. The Germans were trying to postpone their defeat; the Allies wanted the destruction of Germany's military and industrial base... A side effect of this weird bipartisan effort was the rise of perhaps the first psyop in history that tried to convince an enemy population to commit mass suicide. In 1945, the British printed and distributed in Germany a propaganda postcard written in German and supposedly issued by the Nazi government. It provided detailed instructions on how to hang oneself (postcard "H. 1321") (2). Even more weirdly, the Germans collaborated with the Allies in pushing German civilians to commit suicide. Possibly, they were possessed by a mystic intoxication about glorious death but, more likely, the German government reasoned that mass suicide was an easy way to get rid of unproductive people, mostly women and the elderly. The result was the wide distribution of cyanide capsules to the population. One of those cyanide capsules was used by Regina Lisso, a 21-year-old girl who had no reason to die but who was caught in the madness of the propaganda storm (5). Other Germans used different methods: hanging, drowning, guns, and more. https://www.senecaeffect.com/search?q=The+Age+Of+Exterminations+V
For myocarditis, the ROR was 15 for Pfizer and 54 for Moderna. How can THAT happen for a safe vaccine? It means Pfizer is very unsafe and Moderna is a train wreck. https://kirschsubstack.com/p/the-takada-paper-shows-very-clearly
Their argument: a recent study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that COVID itself reduces IQ, which "suggests yet another reason to get the vaccine: It may protect your intellect."...
Their analysis indicate negative coefficient by vaccination (versus not vaccinated) on cognitive score (same as their getting covid relative to not results)
coef t-score
Vaccine doses 1 -0.130 -3.054
Vaccine doses >=2 -0.057 -4.078
Thus, getting vaccinated is highly significantly (99%+) correlated with a drop in cognitive ability or IQ, more so for the first dose than booster.
This is absolutely hilarious, the paper cited says the exact OPPOSITE of what the LA Times Op ed says, vaccination is instead associated with a DROP in IQ similar to what they say about having Covid. https://www.zerohedge.com/medical/skipping-covid-booster-could-reduce-your-iq-vax-propaganda-thrives-la-times
The study concisely reviews previously published work, so there are no new major results presented. However, the importance of this study is that it provides a very concise statement of what should have been widely known and understood, by now, about pandemic response and specifically about the Raoult and Zelenko hydroxychloroquine-based multidrug protocols.
Some of the key points that we make are as follows:
1. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) require large sample sizes to ensure sufficient randomization. RCTs with insufficient randomization cannot claim superiority over retrospective observational controlled studies.
2. There was sufficient evidence to justify the continuation of hydroxychloroquine-based multidrug treatments on an emergency basis by the end of April 2020, contrary to the claims of French regulators, currently preoccupied with persecuting Dr. Didier Raoult.
3. By December 2020, the evidence was sufficiently strong that there was no longer equipoise to ethically justify any randomized controlled trials against placebo. The crossover point for the failure of equipoise, based on Zelenko's data, was during June 2020. https://drlf.substack.com/p/new-paper-the-use-of-hydroxychloroquine
