General Assembly Supports Palestine

 Peaceful Citizens,

Blinken's Gaza report 'absolves' Israel of war crimes
The US State Secretary was reportedly 'pressured' to avoid concluding Israel has violated US and international law during its genocidal war in Gaza
A US State Department report on Israel’s conduct in the Gaza Strip will be submitted to Congress on 10 May and stop short of concluding Tel Aviv has “violated terms for the use of US weapons”.  https://thecradle.co/articles/blinkens-gaza-report-absolves-israel-of-war-crimes

Mike Whitney, 'Genocide Joe' Suffers Another Mortifying Slap-Down at the United Nations
In a clear rejection of US policies and leadership in the Middle East, the UN general assembly voted overwhelmingly to back the Palestinian bid for full UN membership...
..The assembly vote was 143 to 9, which means that US diplomatic influence has eroded to the point where the White House could barely coerce 9 of their most-loyal vassal states to reject the motion. It is imperative that people fully grasp the meaning of this vote, which suggests that the so-called “Rules-Based Order” is a withering fraud that grows more anemic by the day. Additionally, the vote provides compelling evidence that the American Century is officially over and that the vast majority of the world’s nations are no longer willing to comply with Washington’s self-serving edicts.
Naturally, Israel’s envoy to the UN, Gilad Erdan, used the opportunity—not to express his remorse at being a participant in his nation’s sadistic rampage in Gaza—but to scold the other members of the assembly for acting courageously on a matter of principle. Without a trace of irony, Erdan accused the other members of “shredding the UN charter with your own hands. Yes, yes, that’s what you’re doing. Shredding the UN charter.”  What Erdan failed to mention is that Israel holds the world’s record for breaking UN resolutions and has yet to encounter an international law that it won’t break with impunity. Israel decided long-ago that its future depended on its ability to use the world’s biggest bully as its personal bodyguard...
..Friday’s resolution …. does not make Palestine a full member, or give it voting rights in the assembly, or the right to stand for membership of the security council, but the vote was a resounding expression of world opinion in favour of Palestinian statehood, galvanized by the continuing bloodshed and famine caused by Israel’s war in Gaza...
..The US mission to the UN, which voted against the resolution, warned that it would also use its veto again if the question of Palestinian membership returned to the security council for another vote...
..Russia’s Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia offered the most intelligent analysis. Here’s what he said just prior to the vote:
"It is our common duty to correct the historical injustice regarding Palestinian aspirations for their own sovereign unified state, which should have been admitted to the United Nations as early as 1948. We are convinced that Palestine’s full UN membership would help to equalize the starting negotiating positions with Israel, which received is status as a UN member state more than 75 years ago...
….When this draft resolution is adopted, Palestine… will receive a number of additional opportunities for more effective work in the United Nations General Assembly and at the meetings held under UNGA’s auspices. We see this as an opportunity to at least partially correct the historical injustice against the long-suffering Palestinian peoplewho have lost an unprecedented number of peaceful lives over the past seven months
… Palestine must become a full member of the UN…. We believe that the most important element of this draft is contained in its recommendation to the UN Security Council to reconsider Palestine’s application for UN membership. It is a moral obligation for all of us. Only full membership will allow Palestine to join the ranks of other members of the Organization and fully exercise the rights that this status implies. ….The Palestinian people have long deserved it...
..Bottom line: Biden and his handlers do not want the Palestinians to have their own state which is why he is assisting Israel in annihilating the native population and replacing them with Jewish settlers.  https://www.unz.com/mwhitney/genocide-joe-suffers-another-mortifying-slap-down-at-the-united-nations/

Thierry Meyssan explains that the current conflict in Palestine is not the fault of the Arab and Jewish populations. It was organized, as early as 1915, by the colonial power, with the idea that the state or states to come would never be able to guarantee their own security. Unbeknownst to them and to their own detriment, the Palestinians and Israelis, by staging the October 7th operation and its aftermath, are simply implementing this policy.  Thanks Eleni.
..However, as my Lebanese friend Hassan Hamade told me, this narrative (of Israeli military dominance in 1948) is a lie. In reality, the Arab heads of state were already committed to Israel, and the Jews were no more valiant than the Arabs.
In this way, Emir Majid Arslan, the Lebanese Minister of Defense, led his troops without encountering much resistance to Bethlehem, which he liberated. The Lebanese President, Bechara el-Khoury, immediately ordered him to abandon the battlefield, which he refused to do. He dismissed him, but he continued the war as a mere officer. In the end, his troops were not defeated by the Jews of Palestine, but by the "Jordanian" army commanded by a British general, John Bagot Glubb (known as "Glubb Pasha") and a hundred or so British officers. In reality, Jordan had no soldiers, but the Arab Legion, formed by the British during the Second World War, had changed its name to the "Jordanian Army" on the first day of the war, while retaining its British officers. It was the British and Jordanians who saved Israel from the start, just as they saved it again when Iran attacked last month. This war was not an attempt to crush Israel, but the first manifestation of Arab Zionism.
The United Nations, worried by these developments, dispatched a special envoy, the Swede Folke Bernadotte, to recuperate the situation after the Israeli coup and the Arab-Israeli war. As soon as he arrived, he realized that the Special Commission that had drawn up the partition plan was ignoring demographic realities: the Israelis were claiming a territory disproportionate to their numbers, and enjoying the support of Arab Zionist governments that had first pretended to play the role of good offices and then to wage war.
On September 17, 1948, "revisionist Zionists" (i.e. Jewish fascists) assassinated Folke Bernadotte and the head of the UN observers, French colonel André SerotMy maternal grandfather, Pierre Gaïsset, was in the next car. He was unharmed and replaced Colonel Serot in his duties. The assassin, Yehoshua Cohen, was never arrested. Two years later, he became the official bodyguard of Prime Minister David Ben Gourion. The leader of the "revisionist Zionists", Yitzhak Shamir, was immediately appointed head of a Mossad department. He carried out secret actions on behalf of the United Kingdom and the United States throughout the Cold War, from Guatemala to the Congo, and later became Prime Minister (1983-84 and 1986-92).
On November 29, 1948, the Ben-Gurion government, which claimed to be searching for the assassins of Folke Bernadotte and André Serot, submitted an application for membership of the United Nations, accompanied by a letter declaring "that the State of Israel hereby accepts, without any reservation whatsoever, the obligations arising from the Charter of the United Nations, and undertakes to observe them from the day it becomes a Member of the United Nations". Convinced, on May 11 1949, the United Nations General Assembly accepted...
..Seen from London and Washington, the massacres of civilians are deplorable, but are merely adjustment variables. As it stands, Israel is an indispensable state. If it were to be pacified and become normal, it would no longer serve any purpose. Like the Republic of Corsairs in the 18th century, Israel enables the most extensive money-laundering operations and serves as a haven for some of the world’s greatest criminals.  https://www.voltairenet.org/article220830.html

Israeli Attacks Intensify Across Gaza, Rafah Civilians Have Nowhere To Go
Israeli tanks have moved into eastern Jabalia in northern Gaza following a night of intense bombardment, which has killed some 19 Palestinians and flattened residential blocks, according to health officials.
Israeli fire targeted ambulances near the camp's Unrwa clinic, Wafa news agency is reporting. The Israeli army said that the latest incursion on the camp was to prevent Hamas from "rehabilitating military capabilities" there.

Before presenting the link to Simplicius, which fits well with other analysis I am seeing, I will posit that the Russians caught the Ukrainians flat-footed by attacking a week before they were expected, and during impressive solar magnetic storms from 7 earth-facing solar flares. Were critical western electronics, such as GPS and communications partially blinded. Was this the seizing of an unanticipated tactical initiative by the Russians? Nobody can "surprise" an adversary these days, especially not between Ukraine & Russia.
The attack has not been "big arrow" maneuvers, but the usual competent assaults on fields and villages with missile, drone and artillery "preparation" before shock-troops go in.  The Ukrainian border was secured by forces specific to Intelligence Chief Budanov, who vacated promptly, rather than actively resisting the Russians. Budanov is in Kharkov today, dressing them down, according to reports. In the first 3 days, Russian troops have advanced almost to Ukraine's first well prepared defensive line.

Thanks Eleni. Dominic Cummings is smart and independent-minded (suicidal?).  Ukraine a ‘corrupt s**thole’ – ex-Boris Johnson adviser
Backing Kiev pushed Russia and China into an alliance, Dominic Cummings has said
The UK and its allies got tricked into backing a “corrupt mafia state” in Ukraine and getting into a war of attrition against a Moscow-Beijing partnership, Dominic Cummings has said in an interview.  The longtime Tory political strategist led the Vote Leave campaign for Brexit and was one of the key aides to then-PM Boris Johnson until resigning in November 2020...
..“This whole Ukrainian corrupt mafia state has basically conned us all and we’re all going to get f**ked as a consequence.”
Western sanctions have been “more of a disaster” for the EU than for Russia, driving up the cost of living while pushing Moscow and Beijing closer together, according to Cummings. All the West managed to do is get into a war of attrition with Russia, “who we pushed into an alliance with the world’s biggest manufacturing power.”
Cummings also addressed the argument that Russian President Vladimir Putin needed to be “taught a lesson” about invading neighbors.
“The lesson we’ve taught Putin is that we’re a bunch of total f**king jokers,” he said. “I mean, Putin already knew that before the war. But this has emphasized it and broadcast it to the entire world, what a bunch of clowns we are,” he added.
Between the sanctions regime and the US trying to seize frozen Russian assets, the West is encouraging the emergence of alternative global financial systems, he explained.
Cummings slammed Johnson – with whom he is no longer on speaking terms – for using the Ukraine conflict for “acting out his Churchillian fantasies,” as well as the Parliament, which “swallowed all of his total bulls**t on Ukraine and actually took it seriously.”
Johnson was the key figure in getting Kiev to reject a peace deal with Russia in April 2022, according to the top Ukrainian negotiator, as well as Ukrainian media.
The former PM denied his role in scuttling the talks, calling the account “total nonsense and Russian propaganda.” However, he confirmed that he told Zelensky the UK would back him “a thousand percent” and that any deal with Moscow would be bad.

Thanks Eleni.  Meet the New Boss…He’s not the same as the Old Boss , Scott Ritter
..The Russia that Vladimir Putin inherited from Boris Yeltsin was a fundamentally broken nation. The oligarch class insinuated itself into the very fabric of Russian economic and political society, and the Russian people had lost faith with their own history and culture, instead seeking western-style fortune that required them to debase themselves on the altar of assumed western cultural superiority. A nation that far removed from its true nature is nearly impossible to govern—no politician could survive the shock therapy required to reverse course. Putin had to prioritize those parts of Russia that needed fixing first, forcing him to hold his nose at the rot that had to be left for the time being, since it provided the framework that kept what passed for Russia together.
Over the years, Putin was able to chip away at the corruption of the oligarch class, repairing the damage done by the decades of neglect, and slowly encouraging the healing process necessary to revive the Russian nation and the Russian people. But the residual taint of the Yeltsin years still attached itself to the Russian body, the infection running too deep to be purged without undoing much of the accomplishments that had been achieved regarding societal rejuvenation. The West’s response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, however, gave Putin an unexpected boost in this regard. First, hundreds of thousands of political opponents, the followers of Alexi Navalny, fled the country. Second, the West sanctioned the oligarch class, crippling them financially and weakening them in terms of the influence they could exert back in Russia. And finally, the West pushed for the near-total divorce with Russia economically, and in doing so pulled the plug on a politically powerful class of Russian businessmen who had become inextricably intertwined with the western business elite.
In short, the western response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, influenced by Anne Applebaum and her ilk, backfired dramatically. Not only did western sanctions destroy the political viability of the Russian oligarch class and business elites, but it boomeranged back on the West in a classic blowback that has crippled the European economy...
..The war with Ukraine and the collective West accomplished something else as well—it awoke a dormant sense of patriotism among the Russian people. This patriotic revival has led to Russians falling in love with Russia, rediscovering their culture, their history, their religion, and their values. Vladimir Putin has been the driving force for the Russian renewal, building upon this new sense of national pride to redefine Russia’s role on the international stage as a great nation with a unique culture that is capable of self-sustainment...
..With the oligarch class and the pro-western economic elites effectively neutered by sanctions, Putin can enact sweeping economic reforms designed to reinvigorate the Russian economy based upon the massive reinvestment of resources which had earlier been taken out of Russia...
..By turning the war with Ukraine away from being a war between two brotherly Slavic peoples, which many Russians opposed, into an existential struggle for survival with the collective WestPutin has tapped into a pool of patriotism the likes of which has not been seen since the Second World War. Russian patriotism is now directly linked to support of, and service in, the Special Military Operation. Vladimir Putin has drawn upon this new patriotism and the mandate provided by his electoral victory to redefine the modern Russian political class, and by doing so, putting in motion the kind of structural changes necessary for Russia to continue to grow and thrive in a post-Putin era.
“It is often said here,” President Putin stated in his inaugural address, “that the head of state in Russia answers and will always answer for everything. This is still the case. But today,” Putin noted, “although I have a deep awareness of my own personal responsibility, I nevertheless want to emphasize that Russia’s success and prosperity cannot and should not depend on one single person or one political party, or political force alone. We need a broad base for developing democracy in our country and for continuing the transformations we have begun. It is my conviction,” he continued, “that a mature civil society is the best guarantee that this development will continue. Only free people in a free country can be genuinely successful. This is the foundation for both economic growth and political stability in Russia."...

Andrew Korybko, Thanks Eleni. Russia Gave Voice To India’s Concerns About American Meddling In Its Ongoing Elections
At the end of the day, Indian and American interests align with respect to managing China’s rise even though the US is gradually replacing India’s role in its envisaged regional strategy through the newly formed “Squad”, which will reduce the collateral damage if Indo-US ties continue worsening. India also appreciates the US’ role as one of its top trade and investment partners, while many American businesses appreciate India’s similar such role for their country, though a trade deal has proven elusive.
Seeing as how their military and economic interests still converge despite the latest friction in their political ties, India won’t say anything that could irreversibly worsen their relationship, though it also won’t stay silent as the US meddles in its elections and smears its international reputation either. Its official statements thus far convey its displeasure with the latest developments, but Russia’s most recent one gives voice to India’s concerns in ways that Delhi’s representatives can’t for diplomatic reasons.
“The Week’s” Sanjib Kr Baruah observed that “India in a diplomatic spot after Russia spokesperson’s charge on US”, arguing that its multi-alignment between both on different fronts makes it difficult to criticize either, but the reality is that India is likely glad that Russia called the US out so directly. This accusation proliferated across its global information ecosystem and thus drew worldwide attention to America’s unfriendly moves, which further worsened the US’ reputation while upholding India’s.  https://korybko.substack.com/p/russia-gave-voice-to-indias-concerns

  Jim Kunstler, Carnival Rides
The miasma of anxiety befogging so many brains in our troubled land begins to lift as every narrative served up by the US fascist intel blob goes annoyingly stale and impotent. The worst media meme — that a vicious officialdom is “defending our democracy” — gets laughed out of the room now when repeated incessantly by such shills as Jen Psaki and Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNBC. Everybody understands they want to “defend our democracy” by cancelling your freedom of speech, pounding you into bankruptcy, and stealing whatever remains of your stuff...
..The Clintons had literally bought the Democratic Party apparatus under the DNC, using the money they grifted into the Clinton foundation from such operations as the Uranium One deal, the Skolkovo war-tech transfer deal, and the Haiti earthquake relief effort. They were sure that ownership of the DNC guaranteed the election for Hillary. It did guarantee that she would overcome Bernie Sanders’ primary election victories and the delegates that came with them, even after Julian Assange’s Wikileaks release informed the world just how the Clintons bought and paid for the DNC and the whole Philadelphia convention. Call this the birth of the “misinformation” cult, in which everything true was converted into a “big lie.”
The problem was, Hillary lost that election. What a surprise! Buying the convention was not enough, it turned out. Those “deplorables” did the unthinkable: cast enough of their stinky votes in just the right rust belt precincts to elect the Golden Golem of Greatness, who was as surprised as anybody, and really unprepared to cobble together an actual governing administration — in the process of which, Donald J. Trump was completely buffaloed by the outgoing Obama gang. They plotted by the lights of the White House Christmas tree to go after the interloper with all they had, starting with the surgical removal of a most dangerous appointee, National Security Advisor Mike Flynn, who knew all the secrets. . . and from there onto four years of Russia, Russia, Russia. . . .
It’s hardly a mystery anymore how “Joe Biden” got elected. It’s perfectly obvious despite the “big lie” narrative that the 2020 election was stoked with a veritable orgy of ballot fraud and direct election interference by agency rogues, especially the ones leaning hard on Facebook, Twitter, and Google to manipulate what the public actually saw. Don’t believe your lying eyes they told the nation. What is a mystery is why they chose “Joe Biden” to front for the cabal around Barack Obama actually running the show. Never before in US history was there a president who left such a slime trail of bribery and corruption. Just as they had spent all their energy the previous four years in undermining Mr. Trump, they had to spend the next four years propping up and defending “Joe Biden,” and then desperately trying to save their own asses from a Trump return.

A Midwestern Doctor presents ASHMEDAI,  36 Case Reports of Cancers After Covid Vaccination
As I was collecting a new round of case reports for the compilation, I noticed a bunch mentioning cancers, which surprised me.
Cancers are probably pound for pound the least documented side effect of the genetic covid vaccines in the case report literature.  Firstly, the nexus between covid vaccines and cancer is inherently far murkier and harder to spot on an individual basis, for two reasons:
On the whole, there’s going to be a substantial time gap between vaccination and clinical manifestation of the cancer
Partly because of #1, and also because of the uncharted pathological territory for the novel mRNA platform, doctors are less likely to think there may be a connection between their patient’s cancer and vaccination.
Secondly, even if a doctor thinks that there might be a connection between some aspect of a cancer’s pathology and the patient’s covid vaccines, it is not the sort of thing that lends itself to being written up as a case report:  Because of the time gap and lack of direct pathological evidence, it is intrinsically more speculative and less grounded in discrete evidence that you can identify, and so less likely to be written up as a case study
The censorship regime, and the culture of golden calving the covid vaccines more generally, regards criticism of the covid vaccines with a very wary eye, something that is especially intense when it comes to the potential genotoxicity of the covid vaccines which is a very big deal.
Thus doctors and clinicians are less likely to even entertain a possible relationship between a cancer and the vaccination status of a covid patient, and much less submit a study with their name attached claiming the possibility of a covid vaccine-induced cancer...

..So I decided to check how many case reports were there that I could identify as documenting a cancer case possibly related to vaccination, which resulted in the list below:
29 case reports that documented a cancer whose genesis and/or metastasis was potentially attributable at least in part to vaccination...
